Our goal is to help high school students find their dream schools and get accepted. We aim to build a platform to help students at all budgets, which is why our platform is completely free for all students. We’ve recently launched accounts for parents, mentors, counselors, and current college students, and will be building those out in the future.
The idea for Admittedly was originally hatched while Founder & CEO Jessica Brondo Davidoff was working as a private college admissions counselor and SAT/ACT prep instructor for her first company, The Edge in College Prep, which she founded in 2005 just a year after graduating from Princeton.
Jess grew the company to three international offices and by 2013, 100% of Edge students were getting accepted to one of their top 3 schools. She wanted to give students who couldn’t afford the hefty pricetag of a private counselor the opportunity to receive incredible advice throughout the college preparation process, and launched Admittedly in October 2013.
We want you to know that we are truly building this product for students, parents, and counselors like yourselves and are always welcome to your feedback and suggestions, as we want to make the college preparation process and painless and fun as possible. We hope you enjoy the site!
